We monitor critical processes, patching, system resources and application changes. Our Antivirus and anti-malware software can be installed on covered desktops. We also provide 1 onsite escalation per month per 5 machines covered under the remote support contract.

Additional services such as cloud backups and service monitoring are available, and will be priced upon request.
